Part of all landscaping is ensuring proper drainage both away from the house and other structures and newly installed plants. New drainage may be necessary when old drains fail, ground settles or nearby construction changes natural water flow.

Simple grade changes, ‘French’ drains and catch basins are all part of what HGC can do to mitigate your drainage problems.

Poorly drained areas can sometimes be improved with the proper plant selection and planting methods.
